The award celebrates the success of manufacturing companies that are implementing a lean manufacturing program. Recognising the hard work, innovation and dedication of continuous improvement and a focus on waste reduction while improving customer delivery. Judges are looking for a lean manufacturer that has brought the most to a manufacturing site in the past 12 months, through innovative work, close collaboration with customers or an improvement to internal operations.
